Join us at the Port Royal Sound Foundation’s Maritime Center for a spectacular evening benefiting education and research and featuring famed National Geographic explorer Dr. Robert Ballard, who discovered the sunken R.M.S. Titanic and other lost sunken treasures including the German battleship Bismarck, the aircraft carrier Yorktown and President Kennedy’s PT-109. “Night on the Sound” guests will enjoy a seated Lowcountry dinner, engaging discussion, Dr. Ballard’s presentation, live musical entertainment and a silent auction. New this year is the addition of a live auction.

We’re pleased to recognize Nancy Schilling as the second annual “Night on the Sound” honoree. Schilling was the founding director of Friends of the River, the Port Royal Sound Foundation’s predecessor.
